The New Holocaust: A Call to Action

It seems the new Holocaust unfolds before our eyes, live-streamed for the world to see, yet easier to conceal than ever. We've become complacent, lulled into inaction by the illusion that protests, reduced to mere parades, are enough. They are not. If we truly wanted to stop this, we would bring the world to a grinding halt. We would stop working, stop paying rent, and yes, even resort to dismantling the institutions that perpetuate this violence.

We hear the screams of children, the thunderous roar of bombs leveling buildings across Palestine and Lebanon. Yet, we also hear silence from the Western media, conveniently timed with elections and "natural" disasters – events often fueled by the same systems of oppression enabling this genocide.

Let's be clear: this is a genocide. Nowhere is this more evident than in Northern Gaza, where an explicit extermination campaign is underway. The 400,000 remaining inhabitants are starving, facing an accelerated famine. No aid has reached them in weeks. The human body can only survive so long without food; for many, death is imminent.

This cannot be our new normal. Our leaders have failed us. Kamala Harris pledges "ironclad" support for Israel with virtually no conditions, under the guise of fighting terrorism. But the real terrorists are those in power, those who subject us to the psychological torture of witnessing children being murdered daily. Speak out, and you're ostracized, labeled an extremist. Careers are lost, livelihoods destroyed.

I understand the fear, the need to preserve one's career, to avoid ending up on the margins of society. But what good is a career in a world that's no longer worth living in? We are all complicit in this horror.

This is not just a physical genocide; it's a psychological one. We are forced to bear witness to these atrocities, feeling helpless despite our physical distance. But we are not powerless. We must escalate our actions, disrupt the machinery of death. They have left us for dead, using our hard-earned money to fund their murderous campaigns.

This is a call for revolution. I don't say this lightly. I, too, would rather enjoy the comforts of home. But we must band together, sustain our efforts, and make sacrifices. We must act like we have learned the lessons of history.

I hope this moves you to action. The time for complacency is over.
